Euchner NZ1VZ-538E-MC1233  开放式，模块化控制系统。向基于PC机的开放型控制器方向发展，便于标准化、网络化；器件集成度提高，控制柜日见小巧，且采用模块化结构；大大提高了系统的可靠性、易操作性和可维修性。控制系统的性能进一步提高，已由过去控制标准的6轴机器人发展到现在能够控制21轴甚至27轴，并且实现了软件伺服和全数字控制。人机界面更加友好，语言、图形编程界面正在研制之中。机器人控制器的标准化和网络化，以及基于PC机网络式控制器已成为研究热点。编程技术除进一步提高在线编程的可操作性之外，离线编程的实用化将成为研究***，在某些领域的离线编程已实现实用化。
　　机器人传感技术
　　机器人中的传感器作用日益重要，除采用传统的位置、速度、加速度等传感器外，装配、焊接机器人还应用了激光传感器、视觉传感器和力传感器，并实现了焊缝自动跟踪和自动化生产线上物体的自动***以及精密装配作业等，大大提高了机器人的作业性能和对环境的适应性。遥控机器人则采用视觉、声觉、力觉、触觉等多传感器的融合技术来进行环境建模及决策控制。为进一步提高机器人的智能和适应性，多种传感器的使用是其问题解决的关键。其研究热点在于有效可行的多传感器融合算法，特别是在非线性及非平稳、非正态分布的情形下的多传感器融合算法。另一问题就是传感系统的实用化。
